He began his career at Illinois State University and directing symposia for US business leaders and foreign diplomats.

He was President of Danfoss Commercial Compressors, Danfoss Turbocor, and Ithaka Strategy and Research, and has worked in North and South America, Europe, China and Southeast Asia. Mr. Orosz began his career as Engineering Director at Hartford Compressors after receiving his engineering degree from the University of Connecticut.

Dr. Thompson's career has focused on lifelong education for professionals. She has fifteen years of private sector experience in executive training and development. She received her B.S. (Quantitative Business Analysis) and D. Ed. (Behavioral Science and Education) from Penn State University, the former at the Smeal College of Business, University Park, and the latter at Harrisburg. Her M.S. (Education) is from Bucknell University. She is Adjunct Professor of Adult Education at Penn State Harrisburg.
